Chris Petrarca currently serves as President and Vice President of multiple companies, and as a very experienced entrepreneur, finds great satisfaction bringing innovative ideas using software solutions to the market in various industries. Beginning his career at ALCOA, INC., Chris worked for private sector entities before launching his first company in 2009 (Universal Compliance, LLC) supporting all branches of the Department of Defense. Since 2009, Chris has maintained equity and ownership in seven (7) companies and has expanded his footprint in the insurance industry as well as sports marketing and entertainment.

Established in 2009 by founder Chris Petrarca, Universal Compliance is a GSA IT Schedule 70 Awarded, specializing in software application development in focus areas such as A/E Master Planning, A/E Environmental.
UC ASP, LLC is based in Palm Harbor, FL and is a sister company to Lealta, LLC and serves as a holding Company which manages contracts related to the insurance industry and software development.
UC Tech Group, LLC is a sister company to Universal Compliance, LLC – a long lasting established Department of Defense service provider since 2009. Established by Chris Petrarca.
MyCAT Marketplace was co-developed as the marketplace for buying and selling insurance claims created during catastrophic events. The MyCAT Command Center enables carriers to access live weather analytics.
Fanfinderonline.com is a website providing fans live updates on happenings around the city. If you’re a fan of a specific team, you’ll find the sports bars and restaurants throughout the city where you can cheer.
HeurAi (He-ur-ee) is not just your friendly conversion assistant. HeurAi is the engine that drives the conversion process, from Xactimate to Symbility and back.
